All timber, unless otherwise stated, is treated with Tanilth E, to ensure longevity.

From a google AI overview;

'Tanalith E is a popular, water-based wood preservative used in industrial pressure treatment to protect timber from rot, fungi, and insects, making it durable for outdoor uses like decking, fencing, and construction by penetrating deep into the wood with copper and azole fungicides, resulting in long-lasting, often greenish-tinted, "Tanalised" timber. This treatment process involves vacuum and pressure to ensure deep chemical absorption, enhancing wood's resistance to decay and weathering for various applications, including in-ground contact.'

An attractive 'post free' look to the fencing

Continuous closeboard / featheredge fencing excels in situations requiring installation over uneven ground or down large slopes.

Built from the ground up onsite, utlising individual posts (timber, metal or concrete), 38mm x 87mm Rails, 150mm Gravel Boards, 125 -  150mm Feather edge Boards and finished with a capping rail. This method of building allows us to follow contours of the ground whilst also avoiding steps at the top of the fence. Another feature is flexibility in post positioning, if you have areas to bridge over or places you cannot install a post e.g. tree roots or underground services.
